In January 2020, impeachment fills headlines amidst partisan claims and counterclaims. Cutting through political noise to gain constitutional clarity around proceedings proves crucial.
As Americans process news and social media reactions, understanding the Founders’ intent and vision behind impeachment offers much-needed context. Our Constitution remains the standard bearing timeless wisdom to anchor analysis in times of uncertainty.
Specifically, the Constitution lays out that a president can be impeached for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Nowhere does it mention impeachment proceedings as a means for Congress to express political disapproval.
Rather, the Founders saw impeachment as a last resort for egregious ethical or legal violations by the Chief Executive. It was meant to defend the integrity of America’s governing charter, not settle partisan grievances.
Gaining this context around constitutional standards helps cut through the hysteria. With factual understanding, Americans can thoughtfully reach their oonclusions rather than reactively adopting partisan postures. Wisdom starts with truth.
Especially amidst confusing claims, returning to the Constitution’s enduring guidance offers firm footing to process events. The Founders gave us these tools expecting an informed citizenry to use reason. May we honor their vision.

I encourage YOU to employ what I call "Harmonic Leadership," which is a really evocative name. Let's explore the core philosophy behind that title and what it means to lead harmonically?
This is a concept I chose very intentionally. For too long, we’ve associated leadership with a single, loud voice—a soloist. But the most successful, innovative, and resilient teams don't operate like a solo act; they operate like a symphony or a great jazz ensemble.
Harmonic Leadership is built on a simple but profound idea: a leader's primary role is not to be the best player, but to create an environment where every musician (person) can play their best, together. It’s not about everyone hitting the same note—that's unison, not harmony. Harmony is when different, diverse notes combine to create a sound that's richer and more beautiful than any single note (person) could be on its own.
So, to lead harmonically means you are focused on tuning the team. You’re listening to the dynamics, blending ...
