In life's toughest moments, our faith is put to the test. We often wonder if there's a plan for all the suffering. It's okay to ask these questions when we're in pain, but we mustn't let despair take our faith away.
Feeling Lost
When life gets really hard, it can feel like we're all alone. We might start to doubt if God or any higher power exists. It's a natural response when we're going through so much pain. We ask why this is happening and look for answers.
Asking Questions vs. Giving Up
But there's a big difference between asking questions and giving up on faith. Asking questions means trying to understand, even when life is tough. Giving up means letting go of hope and faith.
Getting Strength from God
With faith and a little help from God, we can get through these tough times. Even if our trust is shaking, it doesn't have to break. These moments can make our connection with God stronger as we lean on Him for strength.
Relying on Something Bigger
To survive life's storms, we need to rely on something bigger than ourselves. It means knowing we can't do it all alone and believing in a bigger plan.
Coming Out Stronger
When we make it through these tough times, we might feel tested but not broken. Our faith may have been challenged, but it doesn't have to disappear. It's like gold that gets stronger when it's tested by fire.
In the end, life will test us, especially when things are hard. But with faith and trust in something bigger, we can find the strength to get through it. We can ask questions without giving up on what we believe. The key is to hold onto our faith, even when everything seems to be falling apart because that's when our faith shines the brightest.

I encourage YOU to employ what I call "Harmonic Leadership," which is a really evocative name. Let's explore the core philosophy behind that title and what it means to lead harmonically?
This is a concept I chose very intentionally. For too long, we’ve associated leadership with a single, loud voice—a soloist. But the most successful, innovative, and resilient teams don't operate like a solo act; they operate like a symphony or a great jazz ensemble.
Harmonic Leadership is built on a simple but profound idea: a leader's primary role is not to be the best player, but to create an environment where every musician (person) can play their best, together. It’s not about everyone hitting the same note—that's unison, not harmony. Harmony is when different, diverse notes combine to create a sound that's richer and more beautiful than any single note (person) could be on its own.
So, to lead harmonically means you are focused on tuning the team. You’re listening to the dynamics, blending ...
