The abortion debate often talks about right and wrong, but the main question is if the U.S. Constitution allows it. Some people want abortion to be legal, but that's different from it being a right in the Constitution. To make it a right, the Constitution would have to be changed, which is a big deal. States can make laws about abortion, but that doesn't make it a right for everyone in the country.
